Simplicity of a Peaceful Life

What if you got to heaven and noticed that there was a huge warehouse closed to anyone except those with a password?

I would simply scratch my head and attempt to discover the password only if the contents of that warehouse were tempting or offered me some kind of reward, would I not?

What if this warehouse was described to me as something mystical and extraordinary, often seen by others before they entered heaven? I would then have a strong desire to locate that password, would I not?

Where would I discover this password that linked me to this huge warehouse that I now know is offering me very rich rewards? Let us see if we can take our clues known to us now and find that password, shall we?

“Ask, believing, and it shall be done unto you”.

“Knock, and the door shall be opened unto you.” Eh? Or is “what I can do, you can do also, even better” any clue?

We would try “knock”, “believing”, “ask” to no avail and the password still eludes us!

Perhaps it would be better to study a bit more in order to pick up more clues that can open the doors to these rich rewards.

OR… perhaps it would just be better for me to listen with the ears of my own spirit and the password would come?

God suggests you ask believing, that you knock and the door will be opened, and Jesus offered the same for you as he could do.

So we seek, we know and believe and the door will open!

Meditation for Raising Your Energy Level

This meditation is a wonderful refresher and will increase your power as an individual. Whatever the energy level is that you have within you is the energy level projected to the outside world. In other words, what you are saying to yourself subconsciously will project itself outwardly, and people will treat you accordingly.

Take time for yourself and just be still. Take a deep breath. Imagine your lungs filling with beautiful, healing, white light and energy. Your blood stream then carries this light through your entire body. Let this light relax you.

Now it is time to praise this beautiful vehicle that your soul travels though life with. Start with, “I quiet my mind to just my body. Nothing else exists for the moment but my constant, loving, attention which I now give my physical body. It is healthy, happy and energetic.”

Then continue with praising your body from head to toe. Don’t let any other thoughts divert your attention during this time.

My hair is lovely, thick and rich. My face is youthful, eyes bright. My my mind is sharp and clear, full with rich and bright ideas. I am wonderfully alert. My mouth is wonderfully shaped, and I speak clearly with wisdom and joy. My complexion is soft and youthful, clean and fresh. My ears hear perfectly. My neck is youthful and my skin is moist. My shoulders set back as I stand tall. My heart beats with the rhythm of perfect health. My lungs are clear. My glands know absolutely how to perform for perfect harmony throughout my body. I am wonderfully blessed. My back is healthy, my chest is perfectly shaped. My stomach is digesting in harmony, bringing nutrition to my body. Everything I eat turns to health and beauty. My waist is in proportion with my hips and thighs, and I am the weight that’s appropriate for my body size and structure. My arms are trim. I love my hands and fingers. The glands, organs and cells of my entire being are blessed. I praise each of them for performing in divine order with life. My legs, ankles, feet and toes are energetic and full of life. I walk with a spring in my step, because the youth and glow of praise and good walk with me wherever I go. I am filled with divine love flowing thoughout my entire body. I love my wonderful body.

Read this exercise over and over to yourself several times a week.
